We sell small collectable ghost statues online, at markets, and wholesale to gift shops.
2. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices, and availability without notice.
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but colours may vary depending on your screen.
3. Orders
- You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or product information.
- If we cancel your order, we will notify you and refund any payments received.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments are securely processed via WooCommerce Payments and Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses.
6. Returns and Refunds

To request a return:
- Email us at boo@weeghosties.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
- Return the item within 14 days of notifying us, unused and in its original condition.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including postage costs.
8. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are subject to separate agreements. Please contact us directly for wholesale terms.

All content on this website, including images, logos, and product designs, is the property of The Wee Ghostie Company and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our permission.
